I mean though some people do agree that to be a quiet person is a good thing but the majority of people don't think so. So, how would you give them support if they felt down when people sad bad things bout them and the first factor is quietness.

For their opinions are worthless, what is most important is what God thinks, He is the factor. nothing in this world lasts only God will be forever. You do what is right in the sight of God and never concern yourself with man

Well, if they feel bad about what people say, then the fact that they are quiet is probably a sign of insecurity. This is something they should get help with. It is okay to be quiet, but only if that is how you want to be. If you were that way by choice, you would not care what others think.

I am a quiet person... sometimes... quiet people mainly talk with more "quiet" people. Birds of a feather flock together. That's how it is. The people I'm with everyday enjoy quiet, they enjoy peace, they
don't care what other people say about them. How would I give
them support? I am one of them!! Listening is what quiet people
do, they enjoy listening.

One simple rule -- do not take anything personally. Whatever other people do or say has to do with THEIR frame of reference, THEIR reality. It's not about you. People who throw poison at others are simply not worth the worry and stress.
