Yeah, this is definitely not Korean. I viewed this window in Korean (which you can do by going to the top left of your window, go to View, then encoding, then choose Korean) and it was gibberish.
First, what you can do is ask the person who sent the e-mail to you to send it back to you, the e-mail might've gotten messed up in the middle (it sometimes happens to me, too, when I get mail from other Koreans).
The other thing you can do is to install the Korean language packs. Go to your Control Panel, open "Regional and Language Options". After you open "Regional and Language Options", go to the languages tab and there should be an option to install "East Asian languages". If you still have your original Microsoft CD's, they should be on there.
If that doesnt work, install the Korean Language Pack from Microsoft.com.
Hope that helps!

You need to download the Korean typeface/font, it should be avalible at microsoft.com.
The other possibility is that your mail client is messing it up because it can't handle anything but english, but this is unlikely.

You just download and install a S Korea font in the font folder. You can also ask your friend to email you the font for installation.

Please be humble and kind any time you need God to do something for you. Please ask the person who gave you the message to contact S.Korea she/he knows how to make your contact be translated in the language you know. God bless U. If not in contact with that person, I am willing to help you, if you are looking for the Lord to heal You. Harriet
