Everything he does is under a microscope and then all the media calls him a distraction.

It is a catch 22. The reason he can make $25 million dollars is because of his exposure. So then how can you blame the exposure then on being the distraction. You can not have one without the other. 30 years ago athletes did not make "that much" more than working professionals, but now that they have the exposure from the media they have become comparable to Rock Stars and Movie Stars. The media and the athlete work hand in hand. Also, I did not see TO turning the media away during his touchdown celebrations or when he was doing sit ups in his front yard. He wants the exposure because he digs the $$$$$$.

I'm tired of hearing all this s**t about TO. Hes just a normal guy, but with a huge ego. Yes hes one of the best, yes things like this happen. But if the media continues to follow him, next thing you know were going to be reading that TO doesn't wipe his *** right. they give this guy no chance. Damn, he about died, give him some damn privacy and respect the guy and his family. You think he wants his son to read that daddy tried to commit suicide?Cmon, the media is way out of line, they just make his head bigger, by making a big deal out of everything he does. He is a person and his health is important, but this was on everywhere, and the media made this way larger than what it should have been. His publicists is also a Major part in what was being said. He should fire her ***...!!!lol

Unfortunately people are more interested in the bad stuff than they are the good stuff and the media capitalizes on it. You never hear them talk about what a great receiver he is, only T.O. did this and T.O. did that. Reporters are just jealous that they are never going to be as rich, famous, or talented as he is.

I still think TO's a jerk (Terrell Owens on the other hand, I will wait to form an opinion ----if you saw the Dieon/TO interview you'll know the difference between the 2), but the media does make it a bigger deal than they should.

Their priorities are completely out of wack. A guy gets busted driving drunk or using drugs and they just shrug it off (most likely, because it happens so much now sadly), but TO pouts and they're all over it. You have to admit TO doesn't get in trouble with the law, he just mouths off).

Side note (sorta) they need to crack down on the drug stuff alot better, and I don't mean like steroids or nothing (tho that's bad too), but traditional drugs. It's really sad how guys get just football suspension rather than actual legal trouble (another example about how the rich get off easy--but that's another rant)...............OK, I will admit that I have team bias, I want Terrence Kiel to play Sun. (but that's just because it's tougher team than who we've played) even though he was shipping prescription drugs in bulk >_>..... though I don't approve of Steve Foley's actions.

The media should lay off the guy already. They're still running and rerunning news stories about this. Just talk about the game of football!!

the significant reason is Yahoo blocks questions about our failing economic gadget. BTW Sunnyvale California (domicile of YA) is the Indian enclave of Silicon Valley. With each and every of the unrest between India and Muslim Bombers it seems in worry-free words organic for the Yahoo content cloth video exhibit contraptions to enable pointed Muslim questions slip through.

He had to do something to get back in the limelight, T.O. is a media whore.

They could forget who he even is and TO would just do something to remind them. This is attention he wants, if he didn't he would just keep his mouth shut and mind his own. He brings it upon himself, on purpose.
