The company that manufactured your meter normally has software. I would try their site. When I went to the specialist for my GD they always downloaded my results onto the computer.

Good luck

Just get a notebook or ask your Dr for a chart. I had GD as well and was supplied one from the Dr.

What are you eating? I had to see a nutritionist because I did not know what to eat.

1. Avoid white bread and white pasta..they are refined and turn to sugar quite quickly and spike your blood sugar.
2. Milk and fruit juice will also spike blood sugar
2. Eat plenty of veggies and drink plenty of water

I suggest doing a google search and get on a diet geared towards diabetics.

I also have gestional diabetes. I have to check my sugar level, as well as take insulin. My doc made a sheet for me. It was simple. I have used it up from time to time and then made anther one on excel. The most important thing to include is the days/with the date and the fasting, breakfast, lunch and dinner numbers. Its not hard.
