Nothing. There is a reason why she is called your ex. If she has really decided to move on with life, she is not going to look back. Really like guys if they move on they are not going to look back at that a prior relationship. For whatever reasons they did not work out. Think about it like this, a lesson in life, if you made a mistake, do not make the same mistake twice. People for some unknown reason to man seem to make the same mistake over and over again. Find you another girlfriend, you will be ok.

People want what they can't have. Date someone else while you two are apart. Treat the new gf very well so that your ex will see how it could be if you two were together again. Continue to be kind to your ex gf. Talk to her, treat her good so that she can tell that you still love her, let her know that she can still talk to you about anything and that you will be there to listen, and go to her for advice or just to talk so that she will see that what she says still matters to you and that you still value her opinion. I don't think she will look back. Because she wanted to leave that is why she left so there is nothing you can do about that. You can force people to do what you want. That might be one reason why she left in the first place. Let her be or else you will turn her into an enemy for yourself instead of a friend. Look elsewhere

It depends why you guys broke up. Have you talked to her about getting back together? If yes, and that didn't work, I would say that if you go on and have fun and do things that are important to you. It will probably get back to her that you are doing great and it will drive her a little crazy inside. She will probably wonder why you aren't at home and upset. This has worked for me in the past. i feel you man I've been in the same situation and i told her just to let go and try to find someone new in her life that would make her happier than she was with me
and i told her that's the way life is we cant have everything we wish for , and maybe when one door close another opens
and i told her to stop looking back and look forward

Well you know what they say if you lvoe someone let them go, and if they return then it was meant to be and if it doesn't it was never yours to begin with.....so you put 2 and 2 together aight...and you can't make anyone do anything it has to come from them or it will never work...good luck
