how long does traces of cigarette smoking stay in your system?

Please quit smoking. I believe the traces disappear quickly, but the smell, stained teeth, and lung sounds don't.

if your talking about outer signs then then they'll probably go away after about 2 week to a month (i think) but inner signs usly stay the rest of your life
