They want me to send in $11.98 is it a scam? I looked up address on computer I came up with nothing! They want me to fill out a Submission Document Name of Company National Awards Commision Corp. Headquarters They said purchase is not necessary but they want me to send $11.98

I have had rthese people bugging me for quite awhile. The money is for a neckles, that tarnished after one day of wearing it. It takes about 3 months to get it. Also, when you fill out the forms, you are giving them permission to send you more info about other sweapstakes. It is up to you to enter into them. You have not won anything, like they would lead you to believe. Read the back of the paper carefully. It tells you what they are doing. You have you readd it word for word. Just through it out. They eventually will want more personal info from you, it's not very safe! Go to this site..
