Why are you asking this question? What is the different between starting with a man and a woman? Try to see it nicely. I think, we, men, have problem starting with ladies, when we want them to be fun makers. Looking at their body, face, make up, beauties, etc. make some of us to not focus on communication, but dreaming something funny or sexy!
So, be yourself. And accept her as a human, first !

One piece of advice...Don't try too hard to compliment her, and do not try a cheesy line. Think about it like this..she puts on her pants the same way you do, so no one should be that intimidating, no matter how beautiful, blah, blah, blah, they are
