Yeah i just laugh it off, because normally people that answer you rudely or sumthing have thier own f*cked up issues and just try take it out on someone else!

I just skim over them. Some times if its a debate question I'll post something in the edit section... like those people ever come back to check what i might have added anyway.

It irks me, but honestly, i put THOUGHT into my questions so that people really cant be rude. Since the rudeness is generally a result of asking dumb asss questions in txt or things like 'could i be pregnant?!?!'.

I try not to leave rude answers, but sometimes it cant be helped. If you're dumb enough to ask such a retarded question, you better be ready to take the heat.

Besides all that, this a public forum, and you cant control what other people think or say in regards to your questions. You have to separate the question from yourself and not take things so personally.

"you" being subjective and not meaning you the asker of ths particular question.

What cracks me up are the people who email me in regards to my answers threatening my life because of my answer.

yeah. like i care that their mid teenage life crisis has made them think they know more than me.

i laugh when i think it is worth a laugh but sometimes they are just plain rude..and insulting.. though you are anomous doesn't mean you can say whatever you like and don't care if it hurts someone else feelings.. and anomous doesn't mean you can avoid a responsibility for what u've said..

there are limits for everything..

but if it is not a big deal.. just pass it..

if it is silly question, simply don't answer it.. doesnt mean u have to be rude

i laugh at their stupidity because most of the time they dont understand the question. and i agree with you, but there is a time for seriousness on some of the questions, thats why i try to stay in the fun questions.

It's easier for people to be rude because they can "hide" in cyberspace behind their avatars... It's more interesting to observe how many angry people are looking for a "forum" for their venom. Therapy would probably work better for them than Yahoo answers...

I 100% agree with you!!!!! People say all sorts on here, half of which is nonsense just to get a reaction most of the time, so i say GET OVER IT PEOPLE!!!! There is more to life that what a strange thinks of what you have said!!

I laugh as long as no one is hurting, I would never intentionally reply to a question knowing that its a hurtful answer.

I laugh and say one or more of the following phrases:

"You don't even know me!"
"WTF?"
"Loser."
"OMG, you have to read this!" and bring a coworker over to see.
"What are you smoking?"
"Should I report this person?"

And there's always the popular rolling of the eyes.
