My girlfriend and I have been together for 4 years. I am 26 years old and she is 25 years old. I can see she is the right one for me. We are madly in love with each other. When's the right time and the right age to marry someone?

The truth is that there is no universal "right time" to marry someone. Each person has to make that determination for themselves. Just remember that you are binding yourself to another person for life (or hopefully for life :)). If you two have been together for some time, know each other well and the thought of sharing the rest of your lives together still makes you happy then go for it.
From what you wrote, it sounds like you could be a good candidate for it. ;D

There is no answer to this question. If you're asking that , then you're probably not ready. When you're ready, you know! But, if you say that you know that she's the one for you, then go for it. Does she feel the same way? Have you guys talked about it? If so, then maybe it's time! 4 years together is certainly long enough to know or not know. So, if you know, and you think you're ready, then ask her!
