The hardest part of becoming effective when you're lazy is to force yourself to get off your butt and do something constructive. The more you begin moving the more motivated you will become. It will get easier as time goes on but it will be difficult in the beginning. Eat a healthy diet and get a little exercise every day.

You will only start to be less lazy when you are motivated by things you ove doing. Find out what you love and it will come become easier to get off the couch to do it. Once you get going with that you will pick up momentum and then it will be easier to do all the crappy stuff. Good luck! I was lazy for many many years but have now reformed, just found stuff i loved to do!

Why on earth would you want to become "more effective?" As I see it, you are lazy and you are making a living, so why rock the boat? Apathy is a GREAT emotion. Try it, you'll like it.

You should be eating a nutritious diet, getting the vitamins your body needs to thrive. And limiting the preservatives, additives and chemicals. And using a natural multi vitamin. Check out;

Also get yourself a good book on Healthy Living, that site has many book choices under books.
