My gf loves being cuddles. She said I didn't cuddle with her so she said I don't love her. How do I explain that I love my girl to her?

Just cuddle with her. I'm sure you will love cuddling with her once you try it.

Learn how to be more physical. People are tactile creatures, especially women. Girls validate words by actions. If you say you love her, its not enough, your affection must also be expressed by touching.
Men who are not affectionate, esepcially men who pull back from their women in public, dont keep women around for very long.
You can never under estimate the value of holding hands. Or a hug. Or a kiss.
You should explain to your girlfriend that you dont know how or when to show your affection, its not something you were taught how to do. You didnt realize you werent being touchy feely enough. And that you'll make an effort to notice the times she's in need of a hug or touch, and act on it.
All that said, there are also girls who are so insecure that they have to CONSTANTLY be touching, holding hands, draped over their boyfriends, or otherwise comforting themselves by constantly touching. Thats not healthy. Girls need skin on skin contact, but NO ONE wants a cling on. If your girl cant give you space every once in a while then nothing will work.

Just explain to her that cuddling is not the way you show affection and just simply explain what about her makes you love her.

were you hugged often as a kid an told that you were loved?
your gf was probably raised in a home like that.
women often do this when they want to feel closer an assured
that you have eyes only for them.
start rubbing if you love her.
