By takeing a screen-shot of an active page. On windows and most other OSs this is explained in the Help or on many sites online. That is the way I do it, but I made the macros different because keyboards and other hardware has no set standard, not that I think that is a good idea in a Capalistic Society. But it would make Electronic Computeing more effeciant if there was an Industry Standard.
Just use a search engine, NOT google, and look for or ask screen shot.
In windows a screenshot can be saved to .clp or paint. I use Paint cause I can play with the colors and put fish and sailboats on them.

File - Print - Check the Option SELECTION, before clicking print.

Depends on the size of font you are using. Preview the printed page, and if it's not right, change the size of the print, then preview again

If you trying to print web page in your browser then update Internet Explorer to version 7. It has this feature.

Delete the driver then turn off computer, turn on computer .the computer will install driver automatically, when you want to print in the drop down box check print all.
