Is he really going to jail? Did he really split with Angela Winbush? I loved their duets, and respect his long career. I'd hate to see his legacy go this way.

Ronald Isley is going to jail. He faces a maximum of 26 years in jail. Currently he is 65 years old. He will serve between 3 and 10 years, sentencing is set for January 2007. He did split with Angela Winbush after 16 years of marriage, they briefly reunited in 2004 after Ron suffered a heart attack. Ron Isley is presently married to Kandi Johnson (his former background singer) of the r&b sister group JS and they just welcomed a child this year.

Yes, it seems as though he will go to jail if he is not already there. They sentenced him early this year for three years. (See link below).

He an Angela Winbush have split many years ago. But they have a wonderful daughter together, Camille Winbush (from the Bernie Mac show).

I liked his songs 10 or more years ago. The soap opera (Mr. Big) stuff he did with R. Kelly was just plain horrible.

He broke the law by not paying his taxes and stole money from his dead brother. How sick is that, stealing from the dead. The whole Mr. Big thing went to his head. He really thought he was Mr.Big and forgot he was just plain ol' Ron Isley. The guy is rich and what he did was white collar, he will not be away to long.

He was sentenced to 37 months for tax evasion. He married his background singer Kandy Johnson and I think they have a child.
