The first thing I would do is make love to my wife...then I would make sure all finacial things are in order so she would be comfortable when I'm gone.

hmm one day to live - i'd go and tell all the people i hate that i hate them, all the people i love that i love them - smoke and drink myself into oblivion so at least i would die with a smile on my face!
