OK I started my period on sep 25 my cycles are between 30 and 40 days long...I just wanted to know if some one can tell me whens the best day to have sex like the day im most fertile??

The best way to tell is to taking your BBT and keeping a track of that along with the discharge if you have a egg white consistency in and your body temperature is up then you are most likely ovulating and the is when you need to have sex. you are only fertile for 4-5 days so take advantage of that.

Every woman is different. Why don't you just ask your doctor? Every woman on here is going to give you a different answer and you still won't know when the best day is. Either ask your doctor or start charting your temperature. Take your temp every morning BEFORE getting out of bed and write it down. When your temp goes up (and I mean like from 97 to 99 - something like that jump) then you are ovulating. That is when you should have sex.

your usually fertile for 3 day, so just have sex every 3 days starting 10 day after the last period, until you start again, just because you start your next period,doesn`t mean your not pregnant. it just may light
Or you can buy an ovulation test, but normally you ovulate 4 to 5 days before your period.

Well I would try October 15th thru October 23. But everyone is different and most cycles are too. At least mine are most of the time. But I usually ovulate the same time every month. So you might too.

It varies from woman to woman, I'm a guy and even I know that. Your best bet is to get one of those ovulation testers or my faviorite method is overcompensation. Just make sure not to skip any days and whammo! Bun in the oven!
