jpg is a picture file. i would just take a screen shot of the computer, paste it in a program like windows paint and when you save it change the type to jpg

Display the document on your screen
Press the PrntScrn key to do a screen print of the document
Open the Paint program incluced with Windows (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint)
Do a "paste" to bring up the screen print
Crop, copy, paste, etc. as needed to get the picture the way you want it
Save as a jpg file

Save the word document as a web page. This will create a folder and all the pictures that were in your word document will go into that folder as either a jpg or gif.

I don't know if the clip art will convert to a .jpg. I know actual photos will be diplayed in the negative though.

My suggestion is, take a screenshot of your document. To do that, press 'Print Screen' on the keyboard. That screenshot will be saved in the clipboard, waiting to be pasted to a pallet of an image editing application. From that application, save that screenshot to a JPEG image.

print it as pdf by choosing pdf driver to print.
Then convert pdf to jpg by a free pdf program such as pdffill

Copy-Paste into Powerpoint. That'll let you save it as a .jpg
Alternatively, do the same with Paint.

when you re-save it and you are in the SAVE dialog box, clik on the type and choose jpg.
