My sister and I went to have tarot cards read. I thought I was going to get the 'main' fortune teller, a woman who is always on the radio and everyone just swears by... So when we went, my sister got her tarot cards read by the fortune teller/psychic that everyone raved about, and I got stuck with her husband! He sucked. This was about 5 years ago. He told me within the next 3 years (so between 2001-2004) I was going to marry an older man, have 2 kids eventually, and move to the south. None of which even came close to being true. I can't remember exactly what the woman told my sister, but my sister really liked her and was excited to have her cards read by her. I would consider going again (if I got the woman and not her husband) because it's pretty fun to see what somebody says about your future- even if it isn't close to being true! As long as you don't have to spend a lot of money.

I've been to a palmist in Hong Kong. There's a shrine for good fortune there with over 150 palmists. 14 of the 15 things I was told has come true. 1 more left is that if I start my own business within the next 3 years. I can't see that coming true.

My one Wild Story about fortune tellers is
My uncle Knew a lady who's brother had committed suicide with a Shot Gun or so it was believed. 2 years before she went to this fortune teller.
The teller somehow knew she had a brother who died horribly recently and was able to comfort her by Knowing that his tragic death was Not on purpose but in fact had been an accident. that he Did Not commit suicide. She said that the Gun had fell and Discharged when the Butt of the Gun Hit the floor.
Now whether she was guessing or what. It still sent chills down your spine hearing this story :-s

Fortune tellers earn a fortune riding on the fantasies of gullible people like us. I recommend that we never go to them. Lets put them out of work.

I've had my palm read by a fortune teller once. I just did it for fun, I didn't actually believe anything she told me about my future. I think we choose our own destinies.

Once I had my palm read. It was interesting. Some of the predictions have come true, I've kept the others in mind, just to see if they're right as well.

No! It is one of the many ways to sin and God hates them.
Consider! If they were real, they would be rich. Money would flow to them like a magnet.
Don't be fooled.
