i moved in to an apartment in paris france last week and found this flag under the stairs- i have never seen in before and would like to know what or who it symbolises?? its a blue background with 3, alomost like lightning strikes, coloured in red and white goin' diagonally across the flag! anyone???

The best thing to do is do a yahoo image search. It might take some time but if ya find it you'll know what it's for.
