I predict a very bad Sunday for him! Who calls out Rodney Harrison?!?

In order for Harrison to hit Johnson, Palmer would have to lead Chad right into Rodney. Harrison can't catch Chad. I wouldn't try to knock his helmet off though, that would be a bad idea.

Maybe you should look at the other side of this...with Chad talking all this trash, he is getting into the defenses heads. So much to the point that the defense only focuses on him, leaving the whole field for the very skilled T.J. Whoseyourmama, and gaping holes for that other Johnson (Rudi). So he is not only trash talking, he is creating oppurtunites for his team to win.

Don't read it those statements. C J has always been "vocal" about his intentions on the field and that's just the kind of player he is. He and Porter went at it last week and C J came out on the winning end. Doesn't always happen like that, but some players need to hype themselves, their teammates, the fans, the opposing team, coaches, and all that to to really get into the game. Think of it as nothing more than mental preparation. Who knows, after the Broncos put it to the Patriots, maybe the Bengals will be able to do the same.

Chad is a very intelligent person. By putting the spotlight on himself, it opens up the rest of the field for the Bengals other outstanding receiviers. Then when the limelight goes away from Chad, this is when he is most dangerous. So I say talk the trash, Chad is the man.

I think so far it has best been said in the fact that Chad has increased his 'talking' to bring attention to the bengals since they've started winning last year. His goofey comments weren't enough (and those are just as I said, goofey, he likes to bring laughs to the game) so he's started to make some more eyebrow raising comments.

And when 85 gets the ball, he produces. They just havn't been getting it to him enough. Carson spreads it around because Chad and the improved/ing Rudi takes pressure off guys like TJ (one of the best #2s in the league).

7/11 baby.

This is just Chad's way of bringing attention to the game (if not himself), to boost interest in the Bengals and himself. Chad is definitely 'for real' and his performance on the field proves this...when Palmer gives him the ball. It brings a little excitement to the game to see if he'll perform like he's bragged he will or will the opposition make him eat his words.

If you notice Chad is not the Bengals leading receiver. Its his way of drawing attention away from TJ and the others.

Chad is all show and opposing players love him. They do, he has virtually no enemies, watch him at the pro-bowl sometime, he is loved by these guys, it all in fun. He brings the entertainment, thats all, he is all about winning and the fans. He'll be fine.

He isn't the smartest guy out there. Look at his yellow hair, kind looks like he wants to play for the Steelers (Bungals biggest rival)

Speaking of the Steelers, he did a lot of talking about that game also. He had one catch and he still hasn't found the endzone at Heinz feild.

He hasn't had many catches yet this season, and done very little. It has been reported that Lewis is tyring to teach him patience and discipline via using other receivers like Toojay and Henry.
