I'm not sure if they've started the process for next year yet. They usually have loads of ads on channel 4 went they start the application process.
Keep checking www.channel4.com/bigbrother and they'll probably have some info there nearer the time.

To qualify you will need to be:
Mentally ill in a way that you can laughed at.
Of low intelligence (boredom kills higher intellects quicker)
Without morale standards
of the opinion that being in a tabloid newspaper is "cool"
Be ready to have your life under scrutiny for up to 5 years or more afterwords whether you like it or not, the tabloids will follow you, speak to ex's, family etc. Decide to get drunk one night and BLAM you are the News of the World's (oxymoron) poster child.
prepared for people you know to disown you
prepared for people you know to tell any tabloid journalist (oxymoron) everything about your life, absolutley everything even the things you consider utterley private.
prepared to be called "that (insert insult) from BB" wherever you go.
prepared to cry, break down, be insulted, mocked and generally treated in a way banned by International Conventions for prisoners, and all this in front of an audience of millions of people.
If you are/ can put up with all that, write to channel 4, they love victims.

Apply now.
You can click on the Apply now link and it takes you right to it

My guess would be to look at the channel 4 website or get in touch with them.
More concerning is why do you want to be on that awful show - is it simply for a 'laugh' or because your life is so lacking you feel you need the attention?
I really hope its not the latter.
