Internation Number Needed to Cancel Webiste Account?

I opened an account with Homestead Storefront and now want to cancel it. I live in the UK and they only provide US Numbers. They sayTo cancel your Homestead subscription, you must call 1-800-710-1998 (Mon.-Sat. 7am-5pm and Sun. 8am-12pm Pacific Time) from the U.S. or Canada, or (International Access Code) 650-549-3117 from all other countries.
(note: International calls are not toll-free)
How do I ring that International number from the United Kingdom?
