Well, as my motto goes- better safe than sorry. Go to the doctor, get a check-up and go to sleep at 8.30pm. I used to do that and woke up at 5am in the morning! Now I go to sleep at 10pm and get up at 6.30 am.

Enjoy your sleep... I normally get to bed at about 03:00 and get up around 07:00 - sometimes I don't get sleep at all... I have been awake at times for more than 72 hours without sleep ... and NO I do not do drugs....

Check your diet, maybe you are suffering from a mild cold or infection....you may also be really in tune with the sunrise/sunset. No crime in needing a bit more sleep as it gets colder and darker. Good luck...wish I could sleep from 9 to 7...

There is nothing wrong with that time.
I would worry if you wake up in the morning and you are still very tired.
