I am not sure wether (or not!) your question was meant seriously. Although I tend to the impression it was meant as a joke or provokation, I am nevertheless trying to answer.
I am reading moooncards, which are a bit different than tarot, and I could not do that without the person (you) in the same room. I would not get any information without the asker's actual physical presence. So even if you had posted a real photo of yourself as avatar, I would still not get any information through my cards about you and your surrounding people.
That works only with people who I really know well and for long, like my sister. She does not need to be with me, of course, I can look up anything for her, because we are so close. But with strangers it is really necessary to be present.
I am warning you to go online and pay for online psychic sites. They can not see anything about you either! But they will pretend they do and cash our money. Please don't do that, it will be a fraud!
