technically women can "rape"
but it's a male problem

Technically speaking there are several ways but chemical castration seems the most promising. THe injection of a drug called Depo-Provera significantly reduces the male hormone called testosterone. Excessive testosterone is believed to be a major cause of why males have the tendency to commit more rape cases than females. However the downside is this procedure also causes, blood clots, depression, diabetes and other health problems....A small price for these rapists to pay I guess.

When there is no doubt based on a jury: I wish that society would see the wrong in rape and child molestation. If /i could choose the penalty, it would be to cut off their penis inch by inch, with a freaking dull serrated knife. Stick needles into their testicles and then after an hour of suffering, death penalty.
I hate the idea of someone i love so much getting raped, such as my mom and my fiance'. No woman deserves it. I feel strongly about this.

Nothing is wrong with men in general. Rape has NOTHING to do with sex. It is way for mentally disturbed people to make themselves feel control or power over another person. It has nothing to do with how you dress, where you go, etc. You can do things to make sure you are not a victim. Take a self-defense course, carry a concealed weapon, and most of all, do not act like a victim. If you project yourself as a self-confident, strong-willed person, you are less likely to be targeted as rapists tend to go after the weak and helpless.

Nothing is wrong with "MEN"...
Some men are simply deranged crimminals..
Some men simply do not know when to stop..
Men are natural agressors...
What is wrong with "WOMEN" who prostitute themselves ?
Nothing is wrong with "WOMEN"...
Some simply see sex in a different light and have no problem in selling it....I happen to agree with that but there are obviously those who do not as so many prostitutes are jailed..
There is no way to stop rape and draconian punishment will not help...There are too many cases where women unjustly cry rape.

I disagree with those stating that sex in the media is to blame. The problem is quite the opposite. It is LACK of sex in reality. You see the ads work up the frenzy and the illusion that a man can actually live that lifestyle and have those women. The reality is that those women reject men left and right. The REJECTION is the problem. Jokingly someone said "stop saying no". That actually would help. We have made it WRONG in our society to be open about sex and the stifling of a natural instinct is where the violence comes from. Just as animals in captivity turn on their keepers, so do men turn on the women that force their urges to be supressed. Legalize and control prostitution and watch rape cases PLUMMET. Wanna test the theory? What is the frequency of rape cases in Amsterdam per capita? I rest my case.

The only way that rape will stop is when men realize the pain they are causing women (or men for that matter). I don't believe that some men know what no means. I also don't know if it's a chemical imbalance or not.

First we have to dress more demure. The young girls are practically naked. Now I understand that men should be above this. Maybe the training in the home to respect women?

Stop saying "no". (Just Joking)

1) Stop going to enviorments where you know women are prone to sexual dangers.

2) Stop promoting sex so much in all forms of media

3) Dress respectfully. If you don't display the goods, no one will think they are for sale.

4) Bring back chivalry. Either men are raised to care for women, or they aren't. There is no in-between.

If I had my way every man that sexually abused a woman would have his penis chopped off. I know it doesn't curb what ever is going on in that blokes sick mind but its definitely a start. He'd soon know what the devastation felt like.
