The artist is Roy "Chubby" Brown.
It's often sung over the top of the genuine lyrics for "Living Next Door To Alice" by the audience at Smokey concerts but the group don't seem to mind.

It's called living next door to Alice by Smokie and on the Best of Smokie album they do the rude version.

Yes in my record collection!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's my fave, it's buy Chubby Brown and Smokey so try Napster and it is called "Who the **** is Alice"
