After the initial freak out period of prolonged screaming, I would probablly suggest my wife and I go out for a girl's night out. I would also likely go work out, to see if the female locker rooms are nicer than the male one at my gym.

I have to say that there are many curiosities about the opposite sex that I would like to have confirmed, and most of them are not sexual in nature. I would also find out if the myth about the bathroom is true.

Typically, female bathrooms (etc.) are better equipped, yet trashier. Women are really messy in public rooms, if you ever have to clean up after them. ;)
As for the initial question, it would depend on whether I was turned into a hottie or not. If I were a hottie, I'd apply for a job at a strip club and then make my house payment that night.
I think it goes without saying that I'd be playing with my own busoms a lot and no doubt finding the "elusive" female orgasm a time or two. XD

I'll go ahead and tell you the locker rooms would not be any nicer. Women only keep their bathrooms at home nice. In public women as a group will destroy restrooms. It's sick but true.
To answer your question, I would stay at home all day because I would be depressed. I like who I am and even to change for one day would be really weird.
