In order to answer this question properly, people need to know if you're eating a healthy diet..or primarily junk food type items. That being said, perhaps you have acid reflux disease (you don't have to get the actual heartburn to have it). See your doctor to rule out dangerous complications.

Get some papaya tablets or digestive enzymes and take as directed with each meal. You may also want to take 1-2 tablespoonfuls of cider vinegar in water or diet Sprite with each meal. Post meal bloating is often the sign of an acid deficiency in the stomach. See the book below for details and info.
Good luck!

I think you have a very very bad stomach and your intestine is full of dry stool.Following mesaures will definitely help you:
1. stop eating any food which is heavy to digest like beans, lentils. 2. increase fibers, rice, green vegeatble and fruits(no apples) in
your diet. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of warm water in a day.
3. Go to East Indian grocery store and purchase a bottle of herb
HINGVASTAK CHURNA. After every meal immediately take a
very very small quantity(1/4 portion of a small spoon) of this
herb.
4. Stop completely meat,chicken,fish,fried food like french-fries
and milk.
5. Eat your dinner by 7 pm. and nothing to eat after 7 pm. except
liquid.
6. Everyday go for a brisk walking for one hour.
7. Every 3 to 4 days take laxative to clear your bowels. When you
see improvement in your symptoms and feel energetic
stop laxative.METAMUCIL is a good laxative.
I am sure you will be completely cure.Keep the same life-style for a while and if you feel better then you may continue it. Goodluck to you and your bad intestine.

Lactose intolerance, red meat, greasy or spicy food, gall bladder trouble, acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome... could be a lot of things. Maybe should get it checked out. In the meantime, Walmart "gas relief" pills are good. Have no side effects.

Wow you must be a great friend to meet at a restaurant or to invite over for supper. If everything does that you are beyond over-the-counter stuff. You need to see a real doctor and get a GI exam.
