I'm assuming you're talking about Yahoo games? Why don't you just resize the window so that you cannot see the chat window at the bottom? You can also right-click the user's name and click IGNORE. They're just words on a screen and they're trolling for flame wars -- IGNORE IT.

what game? there is genaraly a group of support staff that can be contacted via a menu option or text command.
