yes the lights have changed. it is because of arc technology. mostly the new headlights on automobiles is the most noticable. that slightly blue look but they are very bright. they are called luminarc, and i believe the first cars that had them were the new lincolns. there is also a halogen arc from what i understand. i believe that is what we have outside where i work. they are very bright and also have a slightly blue color.
