Because Reuters is the press agency Yahoo picked the story up from and they're based in London. Actually, they have branches all over the world, but Yahoo appears to be picking up stories from the London HQ.

Cos thats the main News Agency they get their stories from, Yahoo is an internet provider not a Public News Agency

cos Yahoo has paid Reuters for the news feed (from the london office) so they have to namecheck them. Yahoo has no staff journos.
