sephiroth wasn't even truely a bad guy!

lets see..

i would say final fantasy adventure, BUT, since it is actually a seiken densetsu game, it shouldnt' qualify

chaos in final fantasy 1 set up a time loop to continue his reign... but he didn't do much

zeromus in final fantasy IV wanted to destroy the world. but golbez was a better villian before he learned

kefka in final fantasy VI was actually insane. he was a regular, run of the mill guy that ...lost it. somehow, in losing it, he learned a way to forge spirits from the esper world into himself. he had no goal after global genocide. he had no reason. for this, kefka is the greatest villian

sephiroth in final fantasy VII wasn't evil. not only that, but he was hardly present either. sure, he called meteor, but it's not like it wasn't known that he'd do that. he was actually sort of an earth spirit after he died

rinoa wasn't a great villian in VIII as ultimecia, because she only did that to see squall again

IX? necron? who?

X a villian that dreams become. tidus was only the last dream to face it. a villian that is partly filled with a conciousness of the dreams of the fayth. excuse me?
---------
in conclusion, i'd really have to go with kefka. i never got to the end of tactics, or i'd have listed that in here too, sorry
---------
i know that sephiroth wasn't totally sane, but i still classify him as an earth spirit, just like Kjata

but with the fact that sephiroth lost his sanity while alive, it's just another example of how closely VII cloned VI

-also, i apologize, i've never watched advent children. i bought it the day it came out, but only to fill up the ol' collection... perhaps one day i will watch it

obviously sephiroth, he murdered everyone in the shinra building and tried to destroy the entire world with a gigantic meteor!(he also stabbed Aries ...clouds lover...in the back literally!) besides once sin kills someone they come back dead and immortal and on top of that he wanted to die how bad does that sound?

It's between Kefka or Sephiroth.

I demand you give Jim the best answer!!!! Ours pale in comparison.

Sephiroth. All other answers are false unless Sephiroth.
