We would like to travel to Jamaica in November and can't decide between all of the Sandals resorts. I am leaning towards Dunn's River or Ocho Rios, but am really just interested in going to the best place to relax while also having a good number of activites available. Thanks for your help!

If you are leaning toward either Dunn's River or Ocho Rios, I would reccomend Dunn's River. I have been to both when I got married a couple of years ago. The reason is the location of the building and the breeze you get. Dunn's the buildings are set back from the beach which give you a big wide open island feel and the beach looks like a beach. At Ocho Rios the buildings are practically right up to the water line which doesn't give you much beach. Also the buildings block the breeze off the ocean so once you are on the land side of the buildings on the resort it is very humid and not a whole lot of breeze because of all the vegatation that grows on the resort.

My husband I just just got married at Sandals Dunns River in April. It was just beautiful. We ate dinner and walked around the Sandals Ocho Rios but it was a far cry from Dunns River.
If you are looking for activities and relaxation I would HIGHLY recommend Dunns River.
The people there treat you like royalty and they are super friendly.

Depends on what activities you want to do. Scuba diving = Negril, Golf = Ocho Rios. Of course, each resort has lots of activities but those areas are known for these activities.

hi, we purely took our first kin trip to jamaica this previous Aug. We went to seashores boscobel. Its a impressive motel, friendly-great people. purely concept the sea coast section became right into somewhat small. If we flow back we are able to stay at yet another seashores reosrt, im finding into negril or sandy bay through sea coast.
