The people that blew up the WTC happened to be muslims. We've been attacked by terrorists before, who happened to be muslims. Muslims blow themselves up every day to kill us or our friends.

That being said however, many Americans have trouble distinguishing "some muslims" from "all muslims". Classic example of stereotyping.

First you need to understand that they/we do NOT hate Muslim people and countries. You have to stop believing that rhetoric. It simply isn't true. The United States, after all, is home to millions of Muslims.

We have a serious issue with a certain segment of Muslim extremists that have this habit of crying jihad to America and Americans that want to have nothing to do with the downfall of Muslims and their beliefs. We also take issue with these same people that fly airplanes into our skyscrapers. What did those people do to Muslims? See what I'm saying?

The same response from the United States would be given if these fanatics were Christians, Buddhists, or any group that has such hatred for Americans.

Why is that so difficult to understand?

I don't hate Muslims.
I very much dislike Islam at this point, and to tell you the truth I am kind of disappointed with the Muslim community here in the US for being too quiet when attacks on the innocent happen, and yet being too loud when someone draws a stupid cartoon.

Seriously now, something is wrong either with you, or with us. But since you live among us (and not the other way around) YOU NEED TO CHANGE some things about your culture, your views...

But "hate" is too strong of a word. I don't hate.

We don't hate Muslims , we have millions of them here and nobody is taking their heads off or blowing up their buildings .
Everytime the Muslim world has had a disaster , who's been there with food , medicine , whatevers needed , the nasty old USA .
Some people from the Muslim world have taken it in their heads that they are going to rule the world by the sword . They hide behind your religion to commit acts of murder for political and financial gain .
Is that a " Muslim Ideal " ?
I think not .

I don't know, because they think they are the best, but not all hate muslim ppl, m half american, n i don't hate muslim people, and also because they think that muslim people are terrorist, but they don't understant the difference between Jihad ( that what you call it right??) and terrorism, and also most of muslim people take it wrong between these two definitions, don't ask how come i know Jihad, I love studying about different religions (^_^)

I don't think America hates them. Most of us feel they are a misunderstood religion that has nothing but love for their fellow man. After all they are doing everything in their power to further world peace and understanding. Only an ignorant few of our citizens have corrupted our true feelings and hijacked the true American psyche to further the false impression you have of Americans. Allah be with you and yours.

We don't hate muslims. There is a serious lack of communication here. I am only ready for the Islamic representatives to stand up and denounce terroristic acts against innocent people and all people. If you're going to fight. Put on a uniform and fight like a man.

Cause they create all the world problems. The biggest threat in the world today is terrorism. Muslims are terrorists!

Well, Buddhists didn't fly planes into our buildings and kill 3000+ people. But we don't hate Muslims either. We realize that most Muslims are not terrorists, but most terrorists we face are Muslim.

I think we hate what they have done to their own people and it may not be the majority that did it but it is what the minoruty did that makes it seem that all are bad.
