Read the Aspirin Alternative by Mike Loes. Wobenzym is widely used in Europe to treat sports injuries. Also, take 3-4 grams of vitamin c with bioflavinoids daily. Small studies suggest that this may cut recovery time in half for such problems. In the meantime, Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation are the general rule. Heat may promote healing once all the swelling has gone down.
Good luck!

Go to a sports injury clinic and get some massage and heat treatment.

If you are in any doubts about your fitness don't play, you will only risk serious injury.
