cuz they are working on it??? geez its like twice a month for 6-10 hours.grhhhh and this is a "nice" place... they just have plumbing issues

Yes, as both a tenant and as a landlord of an apartment building I have experienced that. Believe me, the landlord is no happier about it than you are, considering any work leading to stopping the water begins to cost in the thousands and goes from there.

When I lived in some apartments the water ws off about once a month for rerouting to a new sub-division. I moved to that sub-division and all was fine for a few months then the water was cut off once a week for system upgrade ( new sub-division).every thing was back to normal until the apartments renovated,for a week the water was off from 9 am until 3 pm.for a week.
Did this areas water bill give a break for this inconveniance no my bill went up 20 bucks as did several dozen others in the sub-division and apartments.
