LISTEN TO ME as I had the same problem. now it's completely okay. here's what you should do.
exfoliate the area softly with any scrub once a week, not more than that.
next buy an under-eye circle remover cream and apply it on the affected area. it should disappear in 2-3 weeks. stop doing all this when it goes away.
just continue to exfoliate.
If u like the answer plz make it ur best

Try a skin lightening / spot cream (you can find these at any drug store). It usually takes a few weeks. I think there are also band-aid-like patches that you put on while you sleep that lightens scars. It might also work on dark spots. I think Neosporin might make these.
If it's a scar from an old pimple, it'll fade over time. You just have to make sure to wash your face every day and exfoliate a couple times a week so your skin has a chance to even out. This also takes a while.
If you want it gone right now, or if it's a mole or birth mark, talk to a dermatologist. They can laser it away, but it'll cost a lot of money.

If it is an age spot type use a product called Porcelaina...I may not have spelled it right but it is like porcelain only with an 'a' at the end. If it is anything else, you probably should check with you doctor to make sure it is OK.

use a small amount of bleach cream on the spot only. It should get lighter after a couple of days.

The first thing I would do is see a doctor to be sure it is not skin cancer or something else that needs tended to.
