Yes, drinking lots of water is a good thing. It hydrates you, helps your body function more efficiently, helps to filter the toxins out of your body.

It is good and highly adviseable to drink plenty of water in a day's time.. Personally, I think 15 is a bit excessive BUT.. do not know what you mean by "I drink 15 times a day".. does that mean going to the fountain and getting a drink? When I say drink, I mean an 8 ounce glass of water.. drinking 8-10 of those is adviseable

If you are constantly thirsty, you should tell your doctor because something could be wrong. As others mentioned you forgot to tell us how much you drink. I think to feel thirsty 15 times a day is odd. The recommended amount is anywhere from 6 to 10 cups of water a day. Most healthy people have to remind themselves to drink their water and those attempting to get healthy have to force themselves to get in the recommended amount so feel the need to drink water 15 times a day is really strange to me, unless you're riding a camel in the desert. Check with your doctor.

You should drink 8 to 10 8oz glasses of water a day. 15 times a day does not tell me the total consumption.

Drink a lot of water, but don't drink more than 2 litres a day. Your kidney's will not be able to cope if you drink in excess. Otherwise, stay healthy, like you are doing!!!

This is quite alright, actually.
Don't worry about drinking too much water, as your body will recycle and finally evacuate excess water in your system.
The good thing is that drinking alot of water as such will help keep you hydraded, which is important.
Cheers

No, because too much water can get rid of the natural salt your body needs and can cause death. Be careful not to drink to much water at one time. Your body needs time to replenish natural minerals. Too much of anything is bad for you.
