Its a long story. The abbreviated version which skips most of the details is this: Stars explode and spew the chemicals necessary for life throughout space. Planets form from this 'stardust'. Planets cool and eventually enough of the chemical components of life begin to interact. After enough time has passed, proteins form from these chemicals and eventually RNA and DNA form from the protein chains. If conditions are right viral life forms and begins to multiply and eventually single celled and then multi celled animals and plants. Evolution takes over as animals and plants multiply and reproduce and eventually reptiles, fish, mammals and even primates develop. Human primates finally emerge and eventually one of them is born and it is you or I. Thats how we got here.

Out of Africa and into Eurasia. Across the Bering Straits, which were at a low stand due to continental glaciation during the Pliestocene; or by boat from Europe or Aftica. More recent arrivals have the option of taking a plane. There are probably more ways to get here (United States) but that covers the basics.
