Clark Gable: just the acting (stage and film) but that was enough.
Fred Astaire: the obvious, dancing, acting and sang some too.
Elizabeth Taylor: filming since she was ten and in 1985 began a crusade on behalf of Aids sufferers raising millions for research.
These actors were all class, the type of celebrity were missing today.
I wouldn't class him a celebrity but a star.
Clint Eastwood's, been doing television and films since 1955.
Mostly drama & westerns but also comedies (remember "Every Which Way But Loose).
Starting in '88 he has directed over 30 films including "Mystic River", "Million Dollar Baby" & "The Unforgiven".
He also produces films.
A multi talented star.

Bob Hope, Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Rita Moreno, Robin Williams, Shelley Winters, Red Skelton, Milton Berle, Janis Joplin, Pat Benatar, Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., Tom Hanks, Glenn Miller, Nolan Ryan, Babe Ruth, Jayne Mansfield, Faye Dunaway, Alan Alda, Jimmy Smits, Martin Sheen, Tom Cruise, Loretta Lynn, Bill Anderson, Tony Bennett, Nat "King" Cole, Mario Lanza, . . . . . . . . .I could go on for days! There are so many who were talented in the field they were famous in. And "most talented" is subjective - someone I think is talented may be the same person who makes your skin crawl.
