How many aliens that do not speak perfect American can you name?

Because Americans make the movies. They probably don't know that other people speak other languages. Seeing as their media keep them in the dark most of the time. Only what is important to Americans is reported, as in: "A plane crashed killing all 500 passengers, 3 Americans are believed to have been on board". Presumably the other 497 don't matter as they're not Americans. (And you wonder why people around the world resent American selfishness!)

I have no idea what you are talking about, in fact I'm having a harder time making a long list of aliens that do speak American, and yes it is "American" people from England speak "English" so to break the news to you all but they are two different languages. Anyways most of the Sci-fi movies i have seen the aliens all speak some other way or not at all.

Some movies try to get around this by having a "Universal Translator" which changes one language into another immediately, but that still doesn't explain why their faces also look like their speaking English/American.

Because most films you see are made by American studios. Plus it's highly likely Alian would speak English as 2 of the most powerful countries (America & UK speak english as a first language. Furthermore, english is a very popular 2nd language.
