I think it depends on whether or not you're attracted to the point of dealing with guys sexually. If it's just a thought in your head there'd be no real reason to tell her. I mean, would you tell your wife you had a fantasy about Pamela Anderson? (example) You know that you could never actually be with her but it doesn't stop you from fantasizing about her. Thoughts are harmless.
On the other hand, if you feel that you're attracted to the point of wanting to be with men, that's something she know. Even if you wanted to experiment with a guy and she says no, she should know everything about you since she agreed to be your life mate when you guys got married. Your opening up to her might reveal some fantasies of her own.. it could be the beginning of a new sexual relationship with your wife. But I think how far you're willing to go with men is what should determine whether or not it's a good or bad idea to tell her. You also have to consider whether or not there're other things about men that you're attracted to. The more honest with yourself you are, the more honest with her you can be.

If you just like looking at men's feet in flip flops- this isnt breaking news to tell the wife. Just dont talk in your sleep, and everything will be fine. If you want to tell some guy you like his feet, that's a whole new can of worms and might warrant an explanation. You are allowed to have privacy in your head-that's why thoughts are quiet. And thank god they are!!!

Bad idea unless you are looking for way to end your marriage.
You have a foot fetish. It might be a general fetish where you can transpose your attraction to your wife's feet in flip flops, or it might be specific to men's feet in flip flops.
If you can transpose it to your wife, do so if you want to stay happy and married.
If you can't, you are going to have to decide if this is something that can remain a fantasy and should, or if you are going to have to act on it and risk losing everything. I can promise you, your wife isn't going to understand your fetish unless she is extremely tolerant and kinky her self.
Why exactly do you want to tell your wife, are you looking for humiliation and punishment? Something to think about.

If you are REALLY straight dont say anything cause all that will do is plant a seed in her mind you dont need to be there.Why arent you attracted to womans feet usually they look better then mens toes are polished mosturized etc.the whole pedicure thing.No but seriously keep it to yourself unless she is a totally understanding open person.Now see If I was your wife you could tell me,but i would drive that one into the ground with jokes. Bad idea. She will look at you everytime there is a pair. I personally wich I liked em but im just the opposite and gay. I can't stand em and think they are dirty. I hate feet in general.
