In order of best portraly to worst portrayal:
Sean Connery
Pierce Brosnan (although the last 2 movies were awful)
Roger Moore
Timothy Dalton
George Lazenby (who had potential, but On Her Majesty's Sevret Servie, while being the best translation from the book, did so poorly at the box office the studio brought Connery back and caned him)
Not yet sure abour Daniel Craig, but I'm not going to pre-judge and just wait for the movie to come out.

Sean Connery is and always will be the best as he is the original Bond. I do believe the best Bond movie though would have to go to Pierce Brosnan's Die Another Day.

Sean Connery was...alright, I guess...but, theres only so much of his dialogue I can take for too long. It appeared at times he did things way too easily...a more realistic Bond would be the one played by Timothy Dalton who could've been much wittier, if he wasn't so serious.
So Pierce Brosnan takes the cake.
The Next Bond will be by far, the most intense and kick ***...
