What does the phrase "Signed as an agreement" mean in contracts (I see it just before the signatures)?

sign it if you agree with the contract. Always read your contract. If this is what was discussed then sign it. Once you sign it you agree to whatever is in the contract and it is legally binding.

It means what it says....once you sign your name you agree to all the terms in the contract.

it means just that. in other words when you sign it - it is legal and binding.
