little forest faeries blow them out while they are in your hand , but when thrown into the forest , it confuses the fairies into thinking that they are shooting stars and they just wish on them.

It depends on where the match is thrown. But it's not necessarily a match that can start it. Usually an untended campfire or a cigarette. As for a campfire, it doesn't take a box. Maybe a few matches, in case the fire goes out.

Add a little gasoline the next time you start a campfire...I GUARANTEE you will start a fire with just one match...............LMAO!
PS: if it takes you a whole box of matches to start a campfire I guess camping is not your cup of tea....may I suggest a Holiday Inn?

That's funny! But, seriously, next time you go camping or need to start a fire, use dryer lint! Stick it in the bottom of an empty coffee can, and I guarantee, one match will do the trick! All those years as a cub scout leader really paid off eh?

I like your question, it gave me a chuckle.
But practice until you can make a campfire with only one match, I used to have a contest with my sons one match to start a fire, when we camped out

LOL, Im feelin you on this. When I was a kid my buddies and snuck to the woods and smoked a cigar. We threw it down, and the field beside it caught on fire. Luckily it started raining, and we were trying to stomp the fire out. I guess it has to do with how dry things are, and ofcourse crappy luck.

That is funny. True but funny. Must be the wood, eh? Fire is fickle.
