Getting emails with everyone Else's addresses in it is one of my pet peeves.
Once you hit the forward button, you can edit the email, hence deleting all of the text above the actual message you want to forward.
If people would use the BCC when sending mass emails, no one would see anyone Else's addy's.

after pressing forward, highlight the names at the top and hit delete

Try copying and pasting the message in Compose. In that case only the message will be copied. Then type in the ID of the person whom you ae sending it to. Click Send. If you are over pre-cautious then send that mail to your self first to confirm that the other ID's are not displayed.

just highlight them inside the e-mail and delete them and then send to one person in the to: column and then everyone else you send to BCC.I never forward, I always copy and paste just in case.

Left click and drag the highlighted part then right click and it will disapear.
