If you have a High School diploma you can go to college. Under some circumstances, students can be admitted earlier.
As a greaduate student in Mathematics at the University of Minnesota, I had a 12-year old boy in one of my classes. He was an undergraduate student there.

I knew a girl in high school that got accepted to Penn State when she should have been a sophomore! She went directly from Freshman year at high school to Freshman year at college. Yes, definitely it can be done. There are probably certain circumstances that would need to occur in order for this to happen, but more than likely you won't have too much trouble.
