I'm not sure a cat would want to scratch a bone.... however, my cats have run across a marble floor and scratched the surface with their claws.

I dont know for a fact but ..i dont think so though...cuz a surgical knife can cut bone and i find it hard to imagine a cat having 20 lil surgical knifes in his paws...lol...but you´re right that sayin does exist doesnt it..im sorry i cant be of much help on this one. Good luck though. =)
