It depends on how you feel about pregnancy. If it is a good thing, you may dream about it. However, I have a feeling you worry because there is some guilt conscience in you and you do not want your mother to know. For some reason, your subconscious mind made your boy friend bring you the news about your pregnancy. It also could mean that you do not want to face that fact that you are pregnancy. You need someone to tell you and to have witness about it (your mother)
In conclusion, you may have some fear about letting people know about your relationship about you and your boyfriend. and when it comes to sex, pregnancy is one of the things you worry the most in your mind.
However, like I said if you are happy about pregnancy. This dream basically means nothing but a confirmation from people that you want them to know as well.

I agree with "your dream"'s answer for the most part, but:
The only thing I would add is that there is something that you're harboring, or carrying around and the only other person who knows is your boyfriend. It could be the level of intimacy of your relationship with him. Your dream is the manifestation of the fear that your mom may become privy to that intimacy that you two are involved in. The fear of pregnancy must be a in the background of your consciousness to have been chosen by your mind to symbolize this secret.
