C Form is commonly used for Sales Tax Form when the sale is made to the other state it is exempt from sales tax when C Form is obtained and deposited with sales tax department.

wel c form wit respect to sales tax act, is very simple...if u make a sale to a registered dealer outside a state and if he issues a c form to u for that sale, the rate of tax is 4% + surcharge .... other wise its 10%+sur or local gst of the appropriate state wihc evr is lower..... so a c form is given to a seller by a buyer of a certain goods to get lower tax rates for any clarifications u can message me .......

Possibly you are talking about a Schedule C? This is tax form for people who are self employed. You use it to list your gross income, then substract your business expenses to arrive at your net income. On a federal tax return, the net income then carries to a form to calculate your social security tax. Both the net income & social security tax carry to your personal tax return (form 1040).
